OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Accessories that have been worn (hats, scarves, etc.) or any Bottoms with removed tags. Our premium streetwear quality standards apply to returns as well.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, send the item(s) to our Anchorage facility within 7 days.
- Processing: We’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.

REFUND DETAILS
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your account after processing
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or color from our Tops, Bottoms, or Outerwear collections?
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions):
- Return shipping must be via tracked mail
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Processing may take 2-3 additional business days
Streetwear Integrity: We carefully inspect all returns. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will be returned to the customer without refund.
