All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every piece in our streetwear collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Accessories that have been worn (hats, scarves, etc.)
  • Any Bottoms with removed tags

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, send the item(s) to our Anchorage facility within 7 days.
  4. Processing: We’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receipt.

Refund Details

  • Timing: Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your account after processing

Exchange Policy

Want a different size or color from our Tops, Bottoms, or Outerwear collections?

International Returns

  • Return shipping must be via tracked mail

Streetwear Integrity: We carefully inspect all returns. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will be returned to the customer without refund.
